Pregnancy yoga
I am passionate about supporting parents thorugh pregnancy, postpartum and beyond and this has become a huge focus for me since having my children.
Pregnancy yoga is a beautiful way to connect with your breath, body and baby on your journey through pregnancy. Prenatal yoga aims to keep you feeling comfortable, strong and present physically and emotionally. Connect with a local community of expectant parents, and learn breathing and movement to bring ease and space into your changing body as you grow and prepare to birth your baby.
Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy until your baby’s arrival. Pregnancy yoga is an accessible practice - you don’t need to be super fit to take part, or have done any yoga previously to enjoy it and the benefits it can have for your mind and body in pregnancy.
Pregnancy yoga sessions are on Saturday mornings in Walthamstow village, and you can also join me in Hackney on other days (see Book Yoga for my current schedule).
