An incredibly special way to connect with your body and your ancient feminine energy whatever your gender. If you do one thing to ground yourself for the big day - do this.
— Zena

Sian and Veronika invite you to a beautiful afternoon of birth preparation. Connect to the feeling space within yourself and immerse yourself in the power and beauty of birth as you:

  • Explore movement for active birth

  • Use sensory feedback to go inwards

  • Learn tools for your labour and beyond

Who is this workshop for?

Everyone who is pregnant and keen to:

  • Learn more about the process of labour and birth

  • Experience how to use their body and senses to make labour more comfortable, shorter, and reduce the likelihood of interventions

  • Develop connection with themselves and trust in their body

We will cover:

  • Physical positions and biomechanics

  • The how and why of working with our 5 senses during pregnancy and birth

  • Relaxation techniques

  • Self reflection prompts to help unpack your feelings around birth

You’ll leave the workshop with:

  • A better understanding of birthing and how you want to do it

  • Practical tools to support physiological and home birth

  • Relaxation and connection techniques to use anytime

When is the best time to attend during pregnancy?

Anytime after the first trimester of pregnancy. We will go at a pace that works for everyone and there will be comfort and snack breaks and plenty of movement - you won’t be sitting for the whole workshop.

Do I need to bring or wear anything special?

A journal and pens, water bottle and comfortable layers you can move in.

Mats, props, healthy snacks and teas will be provided.
