Pre and post-natal, restorative and flow yoga based in Walthamstow, east London

I’m Sian, I specialise in pregnancy yoga (12 weeks +), postnatal yoga (from 6 weeks postpartum), breath-led mindful movement (vinyasa flow), and active rest (restorative yoga). I hold accreditations from the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals, and I’m based in Walthamstow, east London.

I believe yoga can help us live in a more conncted and calm way which can help us navigate life with more ease and grace. For me, it does this by bringing me back to my breath and the body I live in, again and again.

My intention for every session is to create a nurturing and accessible environment for people of all experience and ability levels to explore, enjoy yoga and take what they need from it.

On the yoga mat or away from it, practising yoga is a way we can all find our way back home within ourselves, and into a space where we can ask questions and be inquisitive with a sense of freedom and fun. It’s this space we co-create when we practice together.

“I started doing yoga with Sian when I was pregnant. It was a fantastic way to connect with my bump, take time for myself, and prepare for labour. It built my confidence and helped make my pregnancy an empowering experience. I get so much out of classes, mentally and physically. I was inspired to carry on and do postnatal yoga.” - Kate

“Sian’s class really sets me up for the day. Her playful approach feels fun and welcoming and has meant that some poses I’d struggled with have finally clicked. I always come away with some new techniques or ways of thinking that I can feed back into my own practice.” - Laura
