Pre and post-natal, restorative and embodied flow yoga in Walthamstow and east London
I’m Sian, I specialise in pregnancy yoga (12 weeks +), postnatal yoga (from 6 weeks postpartum), breath-led mindful movement (vinyasa flow), and supported rest (restorative yoga). I hold accreditations from the British Wheel of Yoga and Yoga Alliance Professionals. I’m based in Walthamstow, east London.
My intention is to create a nurturing and accessible environment for people of all experience and ability levels to explore, enjoy yoga and take what they need from it.
Since having my children, I’ve worked extensively with expectant and new parents and families and adore supporting mamas and birthing people and through this transition.
I am passionate about yoga's capacity for supporting healing and health in all of us, and for cultivating connection, self-trust and community.

Why practice yoga with me?
I believe yoga can help us live in a more connected and calm way, and help us approach life with more spaciousness, grace and humour. For me, it does this by bringing me back to my breath and the body I live in, cultivating connection with felt experience in that moment. On the yoga mat or away from it, yoga is a way we can all find our way back home to ourselves. Moving into a space where we can be inquisitive with a sense of freedom and fun - and it’s this space we co-create when we practice together.

It built my confidence and helped make my pregnancy an empowering experience. I was inspired to carry on and do postnatal yoga and get so much out of classes, mentally and physically.”

“Sian’s class really sets me up for the day. Her playful approach feels fun and welcoming and has meant that some poses I’d struggled with have finally clicked. I always come away with some new techniques or ways of thinking that I can feed back into my own practice.”
