I offer group yoga classes, workshops, courses, mini retreats, 1:1 sessions, online sessions, and workplace yoga
Yoga is for everyone. For many of us releasing tension, relaxing and bringing movement and spaciousness into a body which often sits for long periods is an essential part of what brings us to yoga.
My teaching focuses on making sure the poses and practices are accessible to real people so that wherever we're starting from, we meet ourselves there. For some people, that might be the desire to increase mobility or flexibility. For others, it might be to build strength and find a sense of balance and stability to support us in our lives, as well as protect our bodies as we move, live and age.
My style is inclusive, and classes are a space where students can be curious to connect with themselves through inquiry. Just coming onto the mat is to set an intention to care for and nourish yourself by dedicating time to breathing mindfully and being led by breath towards what is needed today.
My intention for each class is to leave participants feeling more grounded, attuned to their breath, and aware of their body and mind so that feel more fully themselves.
Classes & courses
I teach public classes, workshops and courses in community spaces and from my home in Walthamstow E17, and at yoga studios across London.
Contact me to book, or if you have any questions.
Private 1:1 yoga
I offer one to one private classes from my home in E17, at yours if you are within 5 miles, or online.
These can be helpful to focus on a particular element of your practice, to support healing and recovery post birth or from injury, or to address pregnancy symptoms and prepare for birth.
We’ll discuss what you're looking to get out of sessions, and tailor them to your aims and objectives.
Yoga at work
I am available to bring yoga, breathwork and meditation to your workplace or school, in person or online.
Workplace yoga can bring colleagues together beautifully, help reduce stress, boost energy levels and motivation, and help to counteract sitting and screen time and “tech neck”.

“Sian has been leading myself and my colleagues in a weekly yoga class. We are a mixed ability group including newbies. Sian is a wonderful, thoughtful, enthusiastic teacher, her classes are a great balance with a lot of variety; tailoring each class to our abilities and providing options for those who are looking for a stronger/deeper practice and for those wanting to take it easy that day. She is knowledgeable, insightful and encouraging. Even via Zoom we feel looked after and connected and our classes are a highlight of the week.”
