Postnatally, join our supportive and relaxed class where you can feed, change and care for your baby whilst taking time to focus on you. You'll be guided through breathing and movement practices to support your physical and emotional recovery and your transition into parenting a newborn.

Every session includes breathing (our greatest tool, and which can done from day one), yoga poses and flows, core and pelvic floor focussed exercises and essential rest.

Babies are more than welcome (either sleeping, or awake and on your mat) and can be involved in your practice in many ways. They love seeing how much joy we get from moving our bodies - and we also keep them happy with a few choice baby-friendly songs and games.

I’m always happy to hold your babe to give you space on your mat to move, rest or simply focus on your breath.

Suitable from when you feel ready, or loosely from 6 weeks postpartum for vaginal births and 12 weeks for abdominal ones. Mats are props are provided.
