An afternoon of somatic movement, simple breathwork and restorative yoga to relax, replenish and refresh you completely as we transition into a new cycle of rebirth and renewal.
We will move mindfully, connecting to your breath and body as winter gives way to spring and we see and feel the natural world waking up all around.
Ease this transition into spring with a beautiful afternoon of time to be in your body, slow things down and be guided into deep rest.
Restorative yoga is proven to help our nervous system become more resilient to stress and can leave you feeling more rested than a four hour sleep.
Open to everyone, this afternoon with include embodied movement and restorative yoga suitable for all bodies, experience and ability levels (including pregnant and new parents). No previous yoga experience is necessary. Homemade snacks and tea will be provided, along with all yoga equipment.
Just bring yourself, and wear comfy layers you can move and rest in.
