I offer weekly pregnancy yoga sessions on Saturday mornings in Walthamstow village at 10-11am (scroll down to book).

Pregnancy yoga is a beautiful way to connect with your breath, body and baby on your journey through pregnancy. Prenatal yoga aims to keep you feeling comfortable, strong and present physically and emotionally as you grow and prepare to birth your baby.

Connect with a local community of expectant parents in Walthamstow, and make new friends. Release tension as you stretch, move to honour your body's changing needs and take time for all-important rest. Learn movement and breathwork practices that are as helpful to support a calm pregnancy and labour as they are to new parents.

Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy right up until your baby’s arrival. Pregnancy yoga is an accessible practice - you don’t need to be super fit to take part, or have done yoga previously to enjoy it and the benefits for mind and body during pregnancy.

We also have guest visitors (E17 class aulmni) come to share their recent birth stories and open the room up to questions.
